The Community Foundation for Nantucket has grown dramatically over the past three years. This growth has been due in large part to our investment in our operational team, made possible through the support of our growing ranks of annual donors.
While grant making is our primary focus, we are equally proud that we convene community stakeholders regularly to address areas of Island-wide concern. Since opening last spring at 9B Bayberry Court, our new office has become a hub of activity.

As a philanthropic resource for Nantucket, the Foundation keeps a finger on the pulse of our Island’s needs. The Foundation works to evaluate and support Island service organizations – whether it’s through grant making, professional development workshops, or opening our office for community meetings –
