The Nantucket Land Trust Fund has been established to facilitate the creation of a non-profit Community Land Trust that supports a diverse and vital community on the island of Nantucket through creating and sustaining housing which fits the character of the Island and that is permanently affordable and attainable to the year-round community. The Land Trust works alongside existing entities to address the broad housing needs of Nantucketers – including rental and homeownership.
