This scholarship fund was established in memory of both Charles “Jack” and Suzanne Gardner and their impact in the Nantucket community. Two scholarships will be awarded through this one fund.
The Charles “Jack” Gardner Memorial Scholarship will provide tuition assistance for Nantucket High School graduating seniors in order to keep Jack’s contributions to Nantucket High School athletics, the Nantucket community and the Nantucket government alive.
The Suzanne T. Gardner Scholarship intends to provide tuition assistance for Nantucket High School graduating seniors who are pursuing a career in Library and Information Science, or other education-related degree, in order to keep Suzanne’s contributions to the Nantucket community and Nantucket High School alive.
