Boston MedFlight commits to excellence in critical care transport by providing the highest-quality, regional, critical care transport system. For nearly three decades, unparalleled cooperation and collaboration between the Boston MedFlight consortium hospitals has created and supported a critical care transport system that benefits the entire region. Our focus is medicine, patient care, and providing the linkage between community facilities and tertiary facilities for the sickest patients.

The Boy Scouts of America is one of the nation’s largest and most prominent values-based youth development organizations, providing programs for young people that build character.
Bulgarian Education Center
Bulgarian Education Center is established in 2015 as an independent non-profit organization to provide locally classes to children with interests in learning Bulgarian language, culture, traditions, music, national Holidays and history. We additionally provide extracurricular dancing, singing and acting lessons to our students and organize show performances with Holiday themes.
CATTRAP’s mission is to lower Nantucket’s feral cat population through a humane trap, neuter, return, care, and educate program. We provide sanctuary for cats with special needs and find caring homes for socialized cats and kittens.
Children’s Cove, The Cape and Island’s Advocacy Center
Children’s Cove provides a compassionate, efficient, child-friendly facility for child abuse intervention. Children and families journey through a streamlined process which reduces the chances that the children are re-traumatized and preserves the best evidence for investigators.
Children’s Theatre of Nantucket
Children’s Theatre of Nantucket and Faraway Stars Films are divisions of Faraway Stars Productions, Ltd., and are organized exclusively for the educational purpose of providing Nantucket Island residents and visitors a place to express themselves artistically through the performance arts.

Elder Services of Cape Cod and the Islands, Inc.
Elder Services of Cape Cod and the Islands, Inc. (ESCCI) is a private, not-for-profit community-based organization dedicated to serving older adults in the twenty-two towns of Barnstable, Dukes, and Nantucket counties. They are the federally designated Area Agency on Aging (AAA) and the state designated Aging Services Access Point (ASAP) as well as the Aging and Disability Resource Consortium (ADRC) for our three county area.
Fairwinds – Nantucket’s Counseling Center
Fairwinds provides comprehensive licensed therapeutic support that fosters mental health through prevention, wellness education and addiction recovery services. Hospital Thrift Shop
The Hospital Thrift Shop sells merchandise donated by island residents and visitors – anything from books to furniture to artwork – from late May through mid-October, and operates as a separate non-profit organization. With a small staff and a stalwart team of dedicated volunteers, The Thrift Shop remains a favorite for island residents and visitors both in terms of donations toward a worthy cause and as a shopping destination.
Since 1994, Housing Nantucket has been providing safe, affordable housing solutions to island residents. They are a private, not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization whose mission is to create housing opportunities for the Nantucket community.

Inky Santa’s Toy Drive, Inc., is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing assistance during the holiday season to children of families in the Nantucket community.
The LaLeche League of Nantucket is a member of LaLeche Leauge International, which is worldwide, nonprofit, nonsecretarian organization dedicated to providing education, information, support and encouragement to women who want to breastfeed.
Landmark House is a senior low income housing apartment subsidized by the federal governments HUD (Housing and Urban Development Division).
Linda Loring Nature Foundation
The mission of The Linda Loring Nature Foundation is to improve the understanding and appreciation of Nantucket’s fragile flora, fauna, and wildlife by providing education, information, and support to children, educators, researchers, organizations, and individuals.
Little League Baseball
The mission of Nantucket Little League is to promote healthy physical activity through the games of baseball and softball, focusing on teaching the fundamentals of the game in a safe environment.
Maria Mitchell Association
The Maria Mitchell Association (MMA) is Nantucket’s science center featuring two observatories, an aquarium, a natural history museum, and the Maria Mitchell House museum. The mission of the science and history-based education, preservation and research institution is to promote the legacy of Maria Mitchell and exploration, education and enjoyment of Nantucket’s land, waters, and skies beyond.
Marine Mammal Alliance Nantucket
Marine Mammal Alliance Nantucket (MMAN) reaches out to the public through local media and community events and nationally as a member of the Whales Need US Coalition. They regularly take part in Island events, providing information, outlining opportunities for further education, and encouraging involvement from the public in marine mammal conservation causes.

MUSACK was founded by writer-producer Donick Cary with a simple vision; raise some dough to fund musical programs for his hometown high school on Nantucket Island. MUSACK’s mission is to provide a space where kids can tell their stories through music and feel empowered. Our vision is to create a generation of creative and entrepreneurial geniuses who will go on to found the next Pandora, Netflix, or Apple…Or maybe become the modern day Jimi Hendrix.
Nantucket Arts Council
To insure that all art disciplines–Music and Dance, Literature and Theater, Film and Visual Arts– are supported and available on Nantucket. To accomplish this mission, the NAC raises funds to produce events in all disciplines, makes grants to other arts organizations, produces the annual Nantucket Arts Festival, and supports students in the arts through scholarships.
The Nantucket Atheneum provides public library service to the island’s residents and serves as a cultural and educational center for the Nantucket Community.
Nantucket Autism Speaks Resource Center

The Nantucket Comedy Festival (NCF) was founded as a non-profit organization dedicated to raising money and awareness for local Nantucket charities as well as the support of performance art programs.
Nantucket Community Sailing
The mission of Nantucket Community Sailing is to engage people of all ages in the joy of sailing, offering access to all Nantucket’s youth, and teaching every participant in our programs enduring life and leadership skills, with a deep respect for the marine environment.

Nantucket Community Television is a community television station committed to public access, education, and local government. NCTV provides all of the resources and training necessary for Nantucketers to produce their own video content.
Nantucket Conservation Foundation
The mission of the Nantucket Conservation Foundation is to assist in the preservation of Nantucket’s character by permanently conserving, maintaining and managing natural areas and habitats and to encourage an appreciation of and interest in the island’s natural resources.
Nantucket Council on Aging
The Town of Nantucket’s Council on Aging acts on behalf of elderly residents on Nantucket, 60 years and over. The Council’s focus is to provide programs, activities, information and volunteer opportunities that enhance the quality of life for our senior citizens.
Nantucket Disc Golf
Nantucket Disc Golf provides healthy and family-friendly recreational alternative to youth and adults on the Island through the establishment and maintenance of a disc golf course in the State Forest.
Nantucket Dolphins Swim Team Boosters
The Nantucket Dolphins Swim Team Booster Club (Dolphins Booster Club) provides financial and volunteer support to the Nantucket Dolphins Swim Team.
The Nantucket Dreamland Foundation is dedicated to enriching the cultural and intellectual life of Nantucket by providing year-round films, educational programs, and a venue for activities that engage Nantucket in the evolving world of digital entertainment and education in one of America’s oldest theaters.
Nantucket Education Trust
Founded in 1992, the Nantucket Education Trust (NET) is a non-profit community organization. NET’s mission is three-fold: to generate private support for public education on Nantucket; to foster private and public partnerships that benefit the children of Nantucket Public Schools; and to honor excellence in teaching and learning.
Nantucket Film Foundation
The Nantucket Film Festival is held annually for five days in late June. The festival emphasizes the art of screenwriting and selects its films based on high quality storytelling.

Formed in 2004, the Nantucket Flying Association is the focal point for all things aviation related on Nantucket Island.
Nantucket Food, Fuel, and Rental Assistance
In keeping with the philosophy of our parent organization, the Nantucket Interfaith Council, the mission of the NFFRA is to assist residents who face a period of financial insecurity and cannot otherwise provide food or shelter or heat for themselves and their families.
Nantucket Garden Club
The purpose of the Nantucket Garden Club shall be to promote better knowledge and love of gardening, plants, flowers, and horticulture, contribute to the beauty of Nantucket, and support conservation initiatives that protect the island’s fragile and historic environment.

The Nantucket Historical Association preserves and interprets the history of Nantucket Island and fosters appreciation of its historic significance.
Nantucket Hunting Association
The Nantucket Hunting Association is a dues and donation-funded, 501c3 nonprofit corporation with a mission to preserve the traditions of ethical hunting and to maintain the balance of Nantucket’s wildlife resources. Founded in 1997, the association has members residing in 7 states. Association programs include Hunter Safety Education Courses given on Nantucket.
Nantucket Ice Company, Inc.
Nantucket Ice is a year- round non-profit ice skating facility. Programs offered include Public Skating, Learn to Skate Classes, After School Skating, Youth Hockey, Figure Skating, Synchronized Skating, Summer Clinics, School and Other Group Use, Family Skating Activities, Adult Hockey Leagues, and Special Events. Hockey and figure skate rentals are available. There is a restaurant and pro shop on the premises.
Nantucket Island School of Design
NISDA’s Artist Residency Community welcomes emerging and professional artists and educators in all fields including, but not limited to, the studio arts in photography, painting, ceramics, textiles, sculptural site installations as well as, writing, music, performance and any alternative projects committed to the creative process.
Nantucket Land Council
The Nantucket Land Council is a watch-dog environmental group which holds conservation restrictions, commissions scientific research, monitors development, engages in legal proceedings, and educates the public on local environmental issues.
Nantucket Lighthouse School
The Nantucket Lighthouse School, an independent day school serving children preschool through 8th grade, is comprised of nearly 100 students spread over two campuses, a primary schoolhouse at Rugged Road and a Downtown Campus at St. Paul’s.
Nantucket Lightship Basket Museum
The Nantucket Lightship Basket Museum proves a permanent home for an exhibit of lightship baskets, both historic and contemporary, the museum exhibits, documents and interprets a wide range of lightship baskets from the earliest forms created in the early to mid-1800s to the present day creations.

Swim Across America – Nantucket
Swim Across America began as a relay swim from Nantucket to Hyannis in the 1980s and has evolved to 17 open water swims and dozens of pool swims around the country to raise money and awareness for cancer research, prevention and treatment. All of the net proceeds from the Nantucket Swim support the Nantucket Cottage Hospital (NCH) Oncology Program and Palliative & Support Care of Nantucket (PASCON).
